Yes. These two hours tell us whether we are the right team for you; they help you see clearly, whatever you decide next. No quote slipped in at the end, no automated follow-ups.
The gains map is yours, whether or not we work together.
“What if your answer is that nothing should be built?”
It happens, and we will tell you. If off-the-shelf software does the job, or a well-organised spreadsheet is enough for now, it will be in the document.
An honest workshop beats a pointless project.
“By video or on site?”
Both work. On site, we see people at work, which helps; by video, we share screens and files. We decide together based on where you are.
What matters is having the right people in the room.
