“Do you already work in retail?”
Yes, it is our main sector. We have worked since 2018 with Vigie, a price-monitoring specialist in the French Caribbean, and with Expodial (Groupe SAFO), which runs the trade promotions of nine banners and 170 stores across the French Caribbean and Guiana.
We know your vocabulary, your cycles and your year-ends.
“Can you connect to the tools we already have?”
That is the most common case. We keep what works (ERP, accounting, tills) and build what is missing around it, with automatic data exchanges instead of exports to retype.
We only replace what needs replacing.
“Is checking competitors' prices in store legal?”
Prices displayed in store are information meant for the public, but the store remains private premises. We cover this in our article on competitor price checks. For a specific case, a lawyer is the right person to ask.
Our job is to equip the collection, not to rule on the law.
“What if the AI misreads a price?”
It sometimes does, and that is planned for. On the Vigie platform, the machine only fills empty fields and flags its doubts: 6% of the prices it reads are corrected by a person, and the rest are never retyped again.
